Cutting with sharpening and full traceability options

At KAMI, we offer cutting with sharpening in mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum. We have our own cutting facilities, which makes us very flexible in terms of delivery of your cut products, among other things. We offer cutting in all common thicknesses and we also cut heavy goods.

Plasma cutting with sharpening

On our plasma cutter (cutting fine plasma), we can rotate the cutting head so that sharpening is performed during the cutting process and subsequent sharpening is avoided. This saves time by avoiding manual grinding or sharpening via machining. In addition to regular sharpening, this process also allows you to countersink bolts directly on the cutting table.

Traceability and re-stamping when cutting

We handle full traceability / tracability and re-stampingand is certified to prepare re-stamping declarations. This ensures that the delivered items are cut from the correct material. All items can be delivered with certificates and engraved batch numbers as per your request.
If there are more stringent requirements, we can provide approved re-stamping declarations signed by the surveyor/classification company.

Steel cutting according to EN 1090 standard

Our cutting facilities are approved according to the EN 1090 standard, so we can provide cutting of items approved in specific material thicknesses and performance classes. Feel free to contact us to learn more about what we can offer you when it comes to cutting according to the EN 1090 standard.
