Machine for recycling
KAMI has delivered a complete machine for the recycling industry
Working together, our engineering and production departments delivered this project. We won the project based on the fact that we could deliver the complete machine, assembled and final delivery including CE marking.
Based on a specification with the customer, KAMI developed the complete production basis and then produced, installed and took care of the surface treatment.
The machine is used in the recycling industry where it ensures that rubber can be recycled.
Construction
- Our engineering and production department has worked with the customer to determine the specification.
- Based on the final specification, a production basis has been created.
- Advice on cost-effective manufacturing and choice of coating method
- Preparation of complete CE marking.
Production
- KAMI’s production department manufactured the machine.
- Inbound processes include cutting, bending, CNC machining and welding.
- The machine has been fully assembled and then test driven and tested at the customer’s site.
Delivery
- KAMI has witnessed test runs and made adjustments in collaboration with the customer.
- A really good and educational project where all our competencies came into play, including design, production optimization, assembly and the preparation and delivery of final documentation.
