We can take care of the complete delivery from delivery of approved DNV GL 2.7-1 containers, to engineering, conversion, surface treatment and final inspection and certification via DNV GL.<\/p>\n

We work with the issuance of Certificate for Offshore Container and Statement of Conformity for Lifting Frame via DNV GL, and in addition, we also work with CSC Safety Approval approval (Container Safety Convention).<\/p>\n

We design, rebuild and obtain approval according to DNV GL standards 2.7-1, 2.7-2 and 2.7-3. In addition, we work according to the Norsok standards, so we know what is required in terms of quality for the containers to be approved after modification – and meet the specified requirements.<\/p>\n

If desired, KAMI can carry out construction work based on a specification, and we can provide sparring \/ expertise in relation to the conversions we have already done. We can handle design, manufacturing and approval, and KAMI has its own welding coordinator. Depending on requirements, a Manufacturing Record Book (MRB) can be created so you receive the full documentation package after delivery and issuance of certificates.<\/p>\n

KAMI is DS\/EN ISO 9001:2015 certified and in addition we are certified to perform welding according to EN ISO 3834-2. We are therefore ready to make your rebuild\/new build to meet the requirements and get final approval from the classification society.<\/p>\n

We manufacture in black steel, stainless steel, high-strength steel and aluminum, so we have many options to handle the desired conversion\/modification according to a customer-specific solution.<\/p>\n

We cut in-house and can therefore ensure traceability on all materials. We can weld according to WPS \/ WPQR, and we can prepare Welders Log and have NDT performed.<\/p>\n

We have extensive experience in complying with classification society requirements when it comes to production, and we can handle all contact with third parties to ensure that the solution is ultimately approved.<\/p>\n
